This is the story of Paolo and Matteo, two guys from Milano who had an idea. Lets take the heart of our tradition and fuse it with the exciting innovations happening in Italian cooking, they said. After 4 years at a Michelin starred restaurant in Italy, he came to NY to where it took him about 6 months to earn 2 stars from Frank Bruni at a publication you may have heard of, The New York Times. As executive chef and co-owner, Chef Bonelli blends cutting edge technique & gorgeous flavors with outstanding presentation- and for those of you who think youve seen it all, trust us, you havent.
