Satta developed her love of cooking while helping her grandmother in France at the tender age of two. Eventually her culinary talent paved the way to work with famed Chef Piro in Marseille where she perfected her skills. However, the farm-to-table practices – using fresh, local ingredients and preparing everything from scratch, ingrained in her early years in France, has been the hallmark at Ghinis French Caffe for 23 years.
