Established in 2016. Northern Italian Cuisine focusing on Homemade, Seasonal & Local Ingredients. Gersi and Fernando met while working at Supper Restaurant (one of Frank Prisinzanos ) in NYC They became a family, traveling together finding new dishes they would test out and could cook together. The three created the menu with recipes theyve picked up over the years always with Fernandos touch.. Gersi, from Albania traveled to the U.S. at 21 & began as busboy but quickly moved up to management, Susannah, from Virginia moved to NYC in 2003 both her Grandmother and Parents owned restaurants. Chef Fernando Ramos is from Puebla Mexico came to NYC in 2001 and started as a prep cook moving up to head chef. Combined with their love for food and creativity they formed Gersi. Fox&Crane helped create the design from the idea they wanted everyone to feel comfortable and at home..
