Gamekeepers was established in 1984 by some adventurous and enterprising sports enthusiasts. The first true sports bar in Lincoln Park and the model for all others. Some 21 years later, Gamekeepers is still around for your sporting and entertaining pleasure. Gamekeepers hosts a variety of NCAA and professional sporting leagues as well as an exciting late night atmosphere (open till 4 a.m. Sunday thru Friday, and til 5 a.m. on Saturdays). We have all DTV sporting packages available. Gamekeepers is proud to be the official sports bar for LSU, Arkansas and UNC. We also host Georgia, Kentucky, Kansas, Pittsburgh, Maryland, U of I, Indiana, DePaul and Missourri alumni groups. Gamekeepers has gone through a transformation over the last two years under our new management group. Weve enhanced our three BIG screen projectors with HDTV DLP projectors that rival our new plasma TVs. Remember the old decor…come check out the new and improved facilities. After an extensive remodeling…you will think you are at the Ritz with new bathrooms, floors, bar and woodwork.
