Founded in 2010 in downtown Cincinnati, brothers Zach + Josh Weprin, with childhood friend Stephan Harman created FUSIAN in a quest to make fresh, healthy, madetoorder sushi rolls accessible to sushi novices and experts alike. Guests make determinations, starting with rice, ranging from raw, wildcaught tuna, to oven roasted chicken. Guests are encouraged to be creative by adding unique ingredients like roasted tofu, brown rice and braised steak. FUSIAN aims to break down sushi stereotypes while keeping traditional Japanese traditions of quality and freshness at the forefront of the experience.
