Fuse Bistro

Fuse Bistro is a small restaurant drawing inspiration from fresh, local ingredients that fuel our ever evolving menu. With a casual eating environment we bridge the gap between fine dining and tavern fare. Located in the heart of downtown Lowell, Massachusetts, Fuse Bistro is a place where people can feel comfortable, enjoy great food, and quench a thirst… a genial gathering place for convivial eating and drinking. Fuse Bistro recently opened its doors to the public on September 10th, 2011. The majority of the people that walked through the doors that evening asked us, Where did you get the name Fuse Bistro? The answer was this: The name Fuse Bistro fits our restaurant perfectly for three reasons. First, our space is located in a historically preserved firehouse building boasting high ceilings and exposed brick walls. Second, we have a great selection of original house infused liquors. Finally, our seasonally constructed menu is classified as American food that includes many different cultural undertones such as French and Asian flare.
