Josh attended the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont where he honed his culinary as well as restaurant operation skills. He has worked at numerous restaurants and catering establishments on Nantucket including, The Boarding House, The Pearl, Bluefin, Slip 14, and Susan Warner Catering. The Executive Chef, Dwayne Bailey had been working at Fresh for seven seasons. Dwayne previously was also a sous chef at Queequags for 6 years.
