Everything we do has a bit of a twist, including the intentional misspelling of our name. Were on Fourth Street, so we added a u to Fork to pay homage to our location. Our name is fun, modern and intriguing, just like our restaurant. FOURK serves food with a twist – traditional items such as steak, seafood, chicken and salads, but each is prepared with creative seasonings and sauces. We have chosen premium meats, quality seafood and fresh vegetables to ensure each dish is unique and flavorful. We also have a twist at our bar, literally.
