Beyond the smaller private events, we partnered with local wineries and breweries, making tacos for normal tasting days and doing a little more for their private events. And we hope you love our tacos and visit us when we relaunch. Kaitlin King-Lamas is a Michigan native who moved to Californias Central Coast in 2009 after spending years in Chicago and New York City. She grew up in a family of great cooks with a love of and appreciation for good food. She shares Franks passion for high quality, flavorful fare. She also shares a strong belief that exceptional service is rare and highly valued. Francisco Frank Lamas was born and raised in East LA, where his parents owned and operated a Mexican restaurant and bakery for 25 years. He worked in the family business until his early twenties but couldnt shake the itch to go back to his roots and start a business of his own, serving up street tacos and homemade salsas like the old days. He has an instinct for flavor and a passion for service.
