The Flyin Buffalo Family would like to thank you for visiting our website. We (John & Lisa Burch) started off in the restaurant business in 1990 managing a family restaurant in Salisbury, NC. Soon after we were inspired to venture out on our own to open an Italian/American family oriented restaurant called Little Rock Located in Rockwell, NC. A little over a year later we opened up another location called Italian Grove located in China Grove, NC. Italian Grove grew quickly as did our family. Ashley & her husband Aaron Rooks, Jonathan & his wife Cecily Burch, Dallas & his wife Ciera Burch, and Nichole & her husband Mike Williams. Italian Grove was sold after almost Ten years of Business. Finding our love for the restaurant business, after taking a short break and deciding to open our present restaurant, The Flyin Buffalo in April 2003. Its great to be back! We have been so excited to see so many familiar faces from our previous locations. We look forward to being a part of Kannapolis community for a longtime!
