Chef Travis Lenig grew up in Houston and has spent the majority of his 22 years in the industry working in upscale fine dining restaurants. Just like many chefs that dream of opening their own restaurant someday, Chef Lenig was no exception. In October of 2016, hedeparted from Liberty Kitchen to follow his dream, and in February of 2017, he opened Field & Tides. Chef Lenig has enjoyed bringing his vast culinary experience to The Heights community, serving both familiar faces and new patrons alike. A native Houstonian, and hospitality industry veteran, Jeff Conger has worked for over 30 years in management with everyone from mom and pops to big corporate operations. His experience in the industry spans across other metropolitan cities such as Chicago, Las Vegas, Washington D.C. and Miami. Known for saying, Im happiest when helping, Jeff likes to keep it simple and stay focused on taking care of his patrons. Working with Chef Lenig and the rest of the team at Field & Tides has been a great fit since June of 2019.
