Ewha Won is named after the summer palace of Emperor Lian of the Jin Dynasty. The restaurants specialty lies in putting a subtle twist to classic noodle recipes. One of Ewha Wons signature dishes includes the famous Jajangmyeon, made out of handmade noodles infused with fresh spinach. Ewha Won was founded by the Chon family, whose experiences range from the simple taverns of Jeonju, Korea, to working in the high-cuisine Asian restaurant business of Europe.
