We have been in the business over a decade. We recently decided to focus on food production on a smaller scale to give more attention to our customers. Our concept is a little different than most which makes us unique. We cater to business companies and pop up all over LA and Orange County. We offer street food to fine dinning but our specialty is street gourmet tacos such as Black Al Pastor and much more. Lets no forget out Dessert Tacos such as our famous Flan Taco, Chocoflan taco, Arroz con leche taco, Camote con leche taco and much more. Lets customize your menu but if you want something simple but still out of the ordinary, we have our BLACK PASTOR or THE FLAN TACO and much more. We just need to TACO about it! WHY IS THE PASTOR BLACK? Its an old Mayan marinade called recado negro a mixture of spices, dry chiles, tortilla and cacao burnt to perfection to make a paste. NO! ITS NOT MOLE FLAN TACO IS A DESSERT? YES ITS A DESSERT! flan is a sweet vanilla custard but we serve it in our hybrid tortilla (corn/flour). We cook a wide variety food. Weve been in the cooking business for over 20 yrs. We do anything from fine dining to street food. We serve any crowd, from 2 people to thousands, let us make you feel special.
