In June of 2008, Madrid-native chef Julio De Haro decided to bring an authentic Spanish tapas experience to Boston with the help of our co-owner, Lara Egger. Now hes drawing inspiration from his familys classic recipes to share Spains diverse culinary landscapewith Massachusetts. Our traditional Spanish fare uses the freshest ingredients from local purveyors to ensure youre getting the best flavors whether you order piquillos rellenos or pulpito a la parilla. And dont forget to complement your tapas with our carefully curated selection of handcrafted cocktails, local beer, and all-Spanish wine. Established in 2008, Estragon Tapas Bar has been serving traditional Spanish fare for almost ten years.
