Founded in 1928 and headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, Elks National Foundation (ENF) help Elks build stronger communities. The Elks are able to do this by investing in communities where Elks live and work. They help youth develop lifelong skills, send students tocollege, meet the needs of todays veterans, support the charitable work of the state Elks associations, and fund projects that improve the quality of life in local Elks communities.
