Elements Tapas

Established in 2006. Weve decided its time for tapas to evolve. We know the course-by-course thing was fun for a while, but some of us just want to call our friends, have a drink, and share some food. And thats what Elements Tapas is here for. Were a relaxed lounge full of friendly faces. Were a bar that overflows with exquisite Spanish wines, craft beers, and happy hour specials. And were a kitchen that wants to serve you gourmet, artisanal tapas like youve never tasted before. Bring some friends, make yourself comfortable, and enjoy some really good food. We started with the simple idea that since Spanish wine varietals grow well in Southern Oregon, it makes sense that not only would Spanish wines and Oregon food blend nicely, but also Oregon wines with Spanish flavors. We wanted to create an environment that was comfortable and inviting, and produce both Spanish and locally sourced quality food. To this day, our goal remains to produce amazing tapas and specials, unique and innovative handcrafted cocktails with fresh ingredients, and the most extensive local Southern Oregon and Spanish wine lists, coupled with superior service.
