It is the second restaurant from the Montauk team. Chef Dimitri Souvorin and restauranteur, Cameron Douglas, invite you to the newest hot spot in Vail Village. Chef Dimitris creative menu ranges from Mexican standards to Asian fusion to Americana. It is delicious, creative food that isnt afraid to be fun at the same time. Our bar boasts over 100 tequilas, with signature cocktails and flights that feature delicious tequilas both well-known and obscure. Whether you are seeking a quick casual bite, drinks with friends or a big night out, El Segundo is the place to be. For parties of 7 or more, please call us for reservations. (970) 763-5470 Any table of 6 or more will need a credit card to hold the reservation. Cancellations made prior to the day of the reservation will not result in a charge. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged a fee of $20/person. Patio seating cannot be guaranteed even if you request it in your reservation. The patio is first come, first served. An inside table will be available for you immediately upon arrival. Choosing to wait for a patio table may result in a long wait time. Due to the current Covid related restrictions placed on us by Eagle County, we are only accepting a limited amount of reservations.
