El Charro, owned and operated by the Martin family, is renown for consistently providing authentic, delicious Mexican cuisine & their famous tacos. El Charro has always been a Fraser community staple, with beautiful decor and unique atmosphere, with original Mexican recipes derived from Delias parents, Consuelo and Rosalio Rendon. Great reviews and guest satisfaction have always been a priority for El Charros & the Martin family and have become pillars for their growth. Since its conception, George and Delia Martin and their young family, Ed, Jeff, Mark, and Lynn, worked long hours to establish a thriving family-oriented business they are very proud of. Following in the family tradition, the grandchildren also work at the restaurant, making it truly a family business.
