Jack and June Durbin opened the Magic Freeze May 4th, 1953, right next door to Jacks tire store. The tire store has long since gone, but Durbin Magic Freeze still stands in its original location, and is still a family owned business. Son, Dan Durbin took over theMagic Freeze when his father retired, and hopes that his family will keep the Durbin tradition alive for many more generations to come. Stay tuned for more on the history of the Durbin Magic Freeze. Durbin Magic Freeze specializes in delicious soft serve Custard, Ice Cream Cakes and of course our famous Hot Fudge topping. We also have a delicious selection of hard scoop ice creams, milkshakes, soda, slushes and more!
