Our name comes from our father and grandfather, respectively. Pop, as we called him, was also Dr. Charles W. Watson. He took great care of hundreds of South Toledo families for 45 years and had a love for flavorful food and spirits. In his memory, we opened Docs in1995 to bring you the highest quality, freshest food and drink, complimented by friendly and prompt service. Our brisket, pulled pork, andouille sausage, and beef tenderloin are smoked in-house. Our soups are homemade and our salads are made to order.
