Gene Forgatch started the business within the original building in West Frankfort, Illinois, and worked hard for many years to build the business into what it is today. His son, Steve, serves as general manager, and his other son, Todd, is the hard-working production manager. A third son, Jay, handles the intricacies of route supervision and purchasing. Together, the Forgatch family makes a tremendous team! We are all very proud of our donut shop and make every effort to produce a superior product for our customers. In 2004, we built and moved into our new building and added more to our menu. Our Metro Deli features a tasty variety of toasted sandwiches. We slice our meat and cheeses for your sandwiches on site.
