Diego's Spirited Kitchen

Diegos Spirited Kitchen opened in January 2009 in downtown Redmond, Oregon with a passion for international cuisine. Owner Pablo Peña and partner Juvenal Santana combined their success with Madalines Grill and the classic mexican food, with a whole new international menu. Diegos features a full bar with lively spirits, and the drinks speak for themselves. The famed No Rules Rita is a favorite of local residents. One look at the extensive menu and youll see that we offer more than just mexican food and american food there are a few international surprises; italian inspired dishes, Creole cuisine, and so much more like our signature Pork Osso Bucco, Tex Mex Spring Rolls, Pastas, and fresh made margaritas. Diegos continues to offer the community a spot for delectable tastes. Our kitchen has found continued success by offering great food and atmosphere; a place for Central Oregonians to meet and mix in Redmond.
