WE SPECIALIZE IN FOOD INSPIRED BY DELLAS TEACHINGS. The name, Della Js Delectables, was inspired by my mother, Della, who along with my father, Lee, provided the inspiration for everything I do. I added my own modern twist to some of my mothers favorite recipes and included a few new favorites, thus Della Js was created. I developed my love for cooking at a young age. Over the years I perfected my dishes and shared them with family and friends. I love seeing the look on their faces as they take their first bite from a dish I have created, that alone is worth all the hard work it takes to prepare these delicious foods. I hope you too will experience my food. My wife, Lydia, the backbone of this operation, has assisted me in the kitchen for years. She is the manager behind our business, from helping me shop, prepare, cook, to handling all of our paperwork. My sister Judy, who has always believed in me, has been instrumental throughout this journey. As a team, we are eager to share our passion for food with you.
