Our seasonally evolving menu highlights innovative, responsible, and sustainable fare with a purpose. Our fresh fish is caught using the traditional hook and line method to ensure minimal environmental impact. We do not source our fish from large net fisheries because nets can trap unintended wildlife and threaten fish stocks. The practice of procuring line-caught fish ensures that our guests can enjoy sustainable, responsibly obtained seafood. But, it also means our fish selections may be limited on any given day. We appreciate your understanding. The rules for sharing? There are no rules! We encourage our guests to begin by ordering a few dishes to share. If youre still hungry, go ahead and try a few more. If someone at the table is not the sharing type, (and theres nothing wrong with that), he or she may enjoy one of our larger entrées. Dancing Marlin knows when it comes to quality, details matter.
