The Banquet House is located at 300 South Main in Southwest City, MO. The building served as the towns feed store for many years and as office space several years later. Newly renovated, the kitchen area is complete with under cabinet lighting, stainless steel sink, and stainless steel refrigerator freezer. The kitchen features lots of counter top space and has a large center island for serving your favorite party foods. Opposite to the kitchen is a beverage counter, a perfect place for hot and cold drinks. For additional space, a large counter has been placed on casters and can be rolled wherever needed to best serve your guests. The concrete floors have been beautifully refinished with a combination of stamping and staining. The bathroom has also been beautifully updated. Along with great natural light, the building has soft white lighting scattered throughout to create a warm glow. The double doors at the back of the building open up to the newly constructed large back deck, a great additional space for entertaining. Provided for your use are up to 10 Lifetime 60 white, round folding tables along with up to 80 matching Lifetime white folding chairs. If needed, we can also provide white 120 round tablecloths for an additional fee.
