Crestwood Equity Partners LP is a publicly traded master limited partnership that owns and operates midstream assets located primarily in the Williston Basin, Delaware Basin and Powder River Basin. Our operations and financial results are divided into three segments that include Gathering & Processing North, Gathering & Processing South and Storage & Logistics. Across our three segments Crestwood is engaged in the gathering, processing, treating, compression, storage and transportation of natural gas; storage, transportation, terminalling and marketing of NGLs; gathering, storage, transportation, terminalling and marketing of crude oil; and gathering and disposal of produced water. Our goal is to create long-term value for our unitholders by delivering increasing distributable cash flow through organic expansion, development projects and acquisitions, while at the same time ensuring the ongoing stability of our business. We aim to provide the highest quality of customer service while maintaining focus on safety, diversity, equity & inclusion, environmental stewardship and building long-term community partnerships in the areas we operate.
