Our talented Chef Gregory Manley, was born and raised in Northville, Michigan. He started working in the restaurant industry as soon he could get a job. Gregorys draw towards the restaurant industry was because he liked the challenge. After college Greg went to work in the health care industry and found his way back to Restaurants because that is where his passion lies. He moved to Austin, Texas to work under Chef Emanuel Pose learning the Art of French Cuisine. Greg is versed in the Art of Classical Bistro Fare. He moved back to Michigan and found his way to Cork Wine Pub where he is crafting interesting and delightful dishes for your pleasure. Gregory specializes in crafting dishes that are both pleasant to the eye and the palate. He uses locally sourced products and Michigan grown products whenever possible. One of his many specialties is his home made pasta that he dresses with a variety of homemade sauces and garnishes to tantalize your taste buds.
