Coppertail Brewing Company poured its first beer in 2014, and opened its current brewery and tasting room after much renovation and sweat equity. The brewing staff craft flavorful beer for the Florida lifestyle. Coppertail believes in time-honored, old-world production techniques like natural carbonation, whole leaf hops, and a lack of filtration. It takes longer to make beer this way, but sometimes amazing things come to those who wait. Coppertail produces four core beers year round, available in draft and bottles alongside a number of limited beers throughout the year. 100% of Coppertail beer is brewed and bottled in Tampa, Florida.
