Once upon a time, we bought a brewery, and then we bought a homebrew kit. Life is an adventure, and we grabbed an opportunity to create something we could be proud of. We have carefully crafted everything in this businessthe beer, the food, the coffee, the punsandour culture. Come stop in, because life is short, and craft beer is good. Take a brewery tour, grab a pint, and connect with your favorite people over some unique gastropub favorites. We cant wait to meet you. We are more than a brewery. We are a family, and we are on a mission: Proudly serving brewed coffee from Copper Rock Coffee Co.s fresh-roasted beans and a variety of sweet and savory pastries baked every morning. Also available with our breakfast menu are fluffy and flavorful quiche, and a breakfast burritos. Take a seat in our comfy couch area and take advantage of our free WiFi. Our full menu is available from 11am-9pm Monday through Saturday. Indulge in your favorites when our taproom opens, including wood-fired pizzas, juicy burgers and tacos, desserts and more. Pair them with your favorite beer and your favorite people. Copper State is currently closed on Sundays. Copper State Brewing Co. does not accept reservations. Seating will be allocated on a first come, first served basis – but we have an awesome lounge area to enjoy a beer while you wait for your table!
