Coleys is a spunky, modern place where people from all different walks of life can feel at home. Nicole Jacklyn Herzlich, owner of Coleys Pizza, was born and raised in Miami, FL. This South Florida native began working at her first pizzeria in July of 2000. Starting out as a cashier,she became familiar with every job ranging from dish washing to prep and eventually managing positions. After constant persistence to learn the craft, upon making her first pizza, Nicole knew this was what she wanted to do the rest of her life. As a woman in a male dominated industry, Nicole has, quite literally, worked her way to the top one pizza at a time. After 10 years in the industry, Nicole decided to take the next step and open her own business. On December 7, 2010, with the help of friends and family, Coleys Pizza opened its doors to the public. Family owned and run, Coleys has turned the mom and pop concept up a notch. Providing a little something for everyone, Coleys homemade recipes are vegetarian friendly and healthy. She has also made Coleys kid friendly and offers a kids menu along with pizza making classes every week. Nicole has a personal relationship with all her customers, whom she has known most of her life. Promoting local talent and businesses is essential to this business since Nicole strongly believes in supporting the supporters.
