Cochon Butcher

Cochon Butcher is a tribute to Old-World butcher and charcuterie shops. Our five, full-time butchers make all of the cured meats, sausages and fresh cuts that we serve on our menu, as well as for our Link Restaurant Group sister restaurants. We are proud of butchering, crafting, smoking and curing over 2000 pounds of meats and sausages in-house weekly. Our menu features specialty sandwiches, small plates and daily lunch and dinner specials, all incorporating the meats, terrines and sausages we make here daily. Enjoy our curated cocktail and wine lists and craft beers featuring local breweries and hard-to-get national special releases. Fresh cuts and ready-to-cook items are available at our meat counter and our charcuterie, sausage and cheese platters, sandwich trays, gumbo, and seasonal items are also available for your catering needs.
