Established in 2014. CO Ranch House is a comfortable, intimate, family friendly tavern serving Modern Western Cuisine. The menu is simple and features Colorado beef, elk, Rocky Mountain trout, and venison. We will always have vegetarian items as well. Serving continuously from 11am-10pm. During warm weather we serve on the patio in addition to the dining room. Krissy and Tom opened Ranch after both working in Ski industry hospitality in the Roaring Fork Valley and Crested Butte. They have had projects together in Almont, Co. and the east coast. While CO Ranch house is new, the location has been a restaurant continuously for over 67 years and they plan to continue the tradition of hospitality.
