CHOP – SHOP was born in 2012 as a collaboration between chefs Jason Li and Kevin Cheng with partner Robert Wu and Danny Emerman of neighboring Bottino, present an eclectic experience of Asian cuisines with an international contemporary sensibility. Classic Chinese,Taiwanese and Thai dishes meld in a culinary chop-shop of stolen and recycled flavors. CHOP-SHOP is located at 254 10th Avenue, between 24th and 25th St. a stones throw from the Highline, Hudson Yards and West Chelsea galleries. During the Covid Era we are open from noon-9:00 pm for takeout and delivery, and limited seating in our tiny back garden.
