Chili Shack was founded by Abraham Olivas, from a young child his dream of owning a family-oriented restaurant was Abrahams dream. Abraham since a young child always loved to be in the kitchen with his mom and dad. His father Ramon Olivas was a previous chef for twenty years. Growing up this ignited Abrahams joy for learning new authentic Mexican recipes, throughout his entire life. From his friends to distant relatives, they all found happiness in the authentic Mexican dishes provided by Abraham. The Chili shack team consist of the best chefs to run alongside a high performing management team. From quality checks to time of service the Chili Shack team runs a very smooth process from daily food preparation to ensure the customers are served in a timely manner.
