Founded in 1997, Chicago Bakery, Inc is a privately held company operating a cake and pie bakery in Silver Spring, Maryland. Beginning from a modest facility located in Wheaton, Maryland, our founder, Juan Melgar, began producing high-quality desserts for several local restaurants and a chain of grocery stores. After growing the business, we expanded the operation and took over the entire building. The tastiest cakes & pies not only are our desserts beautiful to look at but they are delicious, as well!
