Our goal is to introduce fun and innovative cross-cultural culinary mash-ups with an open kitchen to showcase the art on the old fashioned Asian masterpiece, {dough rolling} +{dumpling folding} and to bring handcrafted artisanal dumplings to the neighborhood, home to Kansas Citys hip and happening food scene in Lenexa.
