Chen Ling Palace

Chen Ling Palace was one of the first Cantonese cuisine restaurants built in RIverside, California. The owners, Wen and Lois Hu came to the country twenty-two years and started their ownership in 1994. The new management over the restaurant has created a new meaning to fine dining in Chinese seafood cuisine. The new look of Chen Ling Palace has a feeling of fancy, yet casual, mood for the customers. There are tables and booths provided to fit the comfort of each customer coming in. They are placed so there may be easy access to the added-in buffet table, which gives the customers variety choices of their favorite foods cooked fresh and ready to eat daily. The sauces for the meals are all self made by Chef Wen and adds a very delicate texture to the various dishes. Chef Wen has also created his very own special X.O. sauce, which can be topped onto a few dishes, and any upon request. The uniqueness of the ingredients used for our recipes have put Chen Ling Palace as one of Riversides top 3 favorite restaurants in the past few years. We are located in Arlington on Magnolia, just in front of the Lowes Plaza on Harrison.
