Chef Myo Htun, a native of Burma, cooked under a Master Ramen Chef in Tokyo, Japan for close to 30 years. He continues to create the same dishes that he cooked in Japan here at Chaplins. Co-Owners of Chaplins and Wilder Brothers, Ari and Micah Wilder, created a playful and progressive beverage program that compliments Chef Myos cuisine. Every time you walk through the doors at Chaplins, expect to be transported to an era that shaped a culture based on entertainment and fancy! IMPORTANT DINING INFORMATION DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC: We are currently following all CDC guidelines for social distancing and are requiring all guests to wear a mask to dine with us. Guests are also asked to provide their name and phone number for contact tracing. As of January 22nd we will have 25% indoor dining and socially distanced outdoor dining available. We can only seat parties of SIX or less per Mayor Muriel Bowsers restrictions for dining . We do have personal heaters for each table and we encourage guests to BYOB (bring your own blanket). We also have blankets for sale for $5 on premise (just ask your server). We ask all guests to please keep your mask on when addressing any staff or using the restrooms.
