Established in 1969. Texas Catfish Village specializes in East Texas best fried catfish and a variety of southern fixins. Come by and enjoy our southern hospitality, where everyone is a family, here at the Texas Catfish Village! It all started in 1969 when David Beard opened his first restaurant in Ore City, Texas. Over the years he was a great success, opening multiple restaurants and feeding the hungry mouths of our fish loving guests. In recent years, his legacy has been passed on to his family where we continue to fry catfish with heart for the guests who come in for a tasty meal! We are now known as Texas Catfish Village with a revamped style and with a menu to order by.
