The distinctive taste of the Captain Nemos sandwich has become an Irving standard and known throughout North Texas as the unique taste in fast food. Mr. Miller maintaineda commitment to the highest quality products to make the Captain Nemos Submarine sandwich a taste to remember. Today the tradition lives on. Bill Miller Jr., who has been the baker for the past 40+ years, purchased the business in 1990. He continues the commitment to maintain the high standards that have built the business for the past 40+ years. Bill is committed to customer service and the highest quality products, just as his father had been for so many years.
