Capri Lounge

The Metropolis Complex first opened in 1998 as the Parliament Resort of Augusta. We have evolved into a 15-acre fun gay complex in historic Augusta, Georgia. Consisting of two motels, two bars, two saltwater pools, café, RV park and several all-male clothing-optional amenities, we are the largest gay resort in the southeast and possibly the world. We have 130 available rooms (68 Parliament, 62 Executive Inn) with choices of 1 or 2 queen, or 1 king bed. All rooms are non-smoking with TV, air conditioning and a private bath. Select rooms have a microwave oven, mini-fridge and safe. There are two bars located within the Metropolis Complex. The Capri Lounge is Augustas only retro piano bar and includes a pool, while the Edge Nightclub is an energetic dance club with entertainment. Both venues are open to members as well as the public. Bar patrons must be at least 21 years old per Georgia law. The Parliament Resort section of the complex (including the Café and RV Park) is all-male and fully enclosed with a gated entrance while the Executive Inn welcomes everyone. While the Parliament Resort offers clothing optional pool and hot tub areas, nudity is not permitted elsewhere on the grounds or at the Executive Inn facility or the Capri Lounge pool. We have daily housekeeping, complementary wireless internet and a 24-hour staffed lobby with a convenience shop for any necessities you may have forgotten to bring with you. Within the Parliament section, our Cafe is open weekends for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For your more adventurous side, the Steam Room, Video lounge, Maze and Pig Pen (fetish area) are accessible for room guests as well as for Day Passes. Membership is required for Parliament, Executive Inn and the RV Park. ID is required for each person and you must be 21 years or older. We have a variety of motel rooms for your comfort or you may purchase a Grounds Pass to access the property without a room. Membership is not required for the bars.
