Locally owned and operated by Nick & Avery Santos, Cafe Sol is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction, with an emphasis on organic, natural and local ingredients. Our menu changes regularly to focus on the Grand Valleys bountiful, harvests. Partnering with many local farmers such as Field to Fork, The Produce Peddler, Blaines Tomatoes, Okagawa Farms and more. All of our beverages, from your soda to your beer are Colorado products, all our wines are from Palisade, and our Panini bread is baked locally at San Jose Bakery. We use all natural Colorado Red Bird chicken. Additionally, we specialize in accommodating folks with food allergies, and specialized diets. At Cafe Sol, we strive to provide Grand Junction with a healthy dining option. We pride ourselves in preparingour food from scratch; our homemade dressings are all gluten free and all of our soups are made fresh daily. In the Café Sol kitchen you wont find us using microwaves or heat lamps.
