Owner, Juan Delgado, has been in the restaurant industry for over 35 years. He has become experienced in international cuisine with positions such as Sous Chef at Benihana Japanese Restaurant, Kitchen and General Manager for Chevys Fresh Mex/Rio Bravo, Kitchen Manager for The Cheesecake Factory, and owner of Glorias Cafe Latin Restaurant. His lifelong dream was to own a restaurant close to home and Cafe Panuzzos has fulfilled that aspiration. General Manager, Kalina Delgado has been at it for eight years now upon graduating from UCFs Rosen College of Hospitality with a degree in Event Management. Prior to graduation, Kalina gained experience in the industry while hosting and serving at Cafe Panuzzos, in addition to interning and assisting for various companies in the special events industry. She has a strong passion for hospitality and events and loves seeing the restaurant continue to evolve and grow.
