Cafe Moto

Cafe Moto is now offering an organic, fair trade coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Hand picked, washed and dried on raised beds, this coffee is an indigenous heirloom cultivar of Arabica beans grown at an altitude of 1,900 – 2,300 meters. The HafursaCooperative was established in 1975, now consisting of 955 members. Supporting this co-op ensures sustainability of organic Ethiopian coffee. The farms are interplanted with other crops, to provide shade for the beans and fix nitrogen levels in the soil. This coffee blooms with flavor notes of apricot, brownie, vanilla and toasted marshmallow, roasted to the Full City level to ensure a medium body.
