Cafe Evolution

Founded in 2005, Cafe Evolution and the Natural Selection Bakery is the Pioneer Valleys original entirely vegan restaurant and bakery. Were known for our award-winning vegan baked goods, including cupcakes, scones, bars, cookies, and Stars Sunflower Oat Bread, as well as savory foods like our Evolution Peanut Sauce (think steamed veggies, noodles, or rice dishes), Vegan Chili (perfectly piquant), unique salad dressings, and Chef Heathers daily specials. For 15 years, weve given our all to nourishing our community with cruelty-free home cooking, served with love in a casual, friendly environment. Like most restaurants, we chose to temporarily close in mid-March of 2020, to protect our staff and the public from exposure to COVID-19. We are happy to report that we are now taking online orders of a selection of items from our menu, for weekly pickup. Our current goal is to provide our immediate community with a handful of our most popular items, in bulk form. Please see the SHOP link to order. The ordering window for the week will CLOSE at 6pm each Monday, so do get your orders in before then. f your order is placed after the deadline, it will be picked up the following week.Pick-ups will be on Wednesdays, between 12 and 3 pm.
