The owner of Buppys has been in the business of feeding people since 1984. The secret of his success is his reputation for listening to the wants and needs of his customers, and of course, great food! At 15 years old, Buppy began by washing dishes after school forthe former owner. He was a quick learner, and it wasnt long before he worked his way up the ladder. In 1990 he became a partner. Five years later, he bought out his partner and changed the name to Buppys Catering. It wasnt long before he outgrew the space, so in 1997, a new facility was built in Bryan to handle the growing volume of business. Buppy was making a name for himself in the catering business. Three years later, Buppy expanded his operations by adding his famous BBQ Buffet.
