Bubba's Burrito Bar

Bubbas Burrito Bar is a fresh food Mexican restaurant located on the south shore of Long Island in the heart of the Islip hamlet. Bubbas is a fresh food restaurant because all food is prepped daily and cooked to order. Bubbas food has a Mexican style with a West-Coast fling. We pride ourselves on serving our customers with three main goals: price, portion, and quality. Bubbas tries to separate itself from other Mexican restaurants in many different ways. The dcor and menu is similar to the restaurants that dot the West Coast of California. The interior has a tropical Southern California feel with scenes of action sports. We also have a living art gallery where local artists can display their work in hope of selling. Our menu has signature items like fish and shrimp tacos, huge West Coast burritos, and daily specials, as we are constantly trying to provide our customers with fresh new items.
