Brubakers Pub: Summit Countys Original Irish American neighborhood pub. Five locations dot the area, providing escape 365 days-a-year, for four decades. In early 2016, Brubakers founder passed the torch to a new, but local, group of executives in the food-service industry. She entrusted her beloved Brubakers brand in their hands, as she knew these individuals would put the Brubakers Pub teams and its patrons first. Service is at the core of Brubakers Pubs on several levels! A thread of service to others runs deep in the new owners whether it is for our nation or the brands they represent. Several have served our great nation representing the Army, Navy and the Air Force; others have a parent or child who has served.
