Inspired by the tradition and cuisine of Naples, Italy, we opened our doors in 2005 and have been serving the St. Croix Valley community ever since. Our kitchens centerpiece is the namesake brick oven, constructed with volcanic rock from Mt. Vesuvius. Fueled entirely by oak firewood, our oven can reach over 900F on a busy night and never truly burns out. In a sense, our oven has been burning for over thirteen years! We believe one of the most important tenets of Neapolitan cuisine is the use of local, in-season ingredients. We prep our food in small batches to ensure freshness and source as many of our ingredients – from honey to morel mushrooms – as possible from local farmers and foragers in Hudson and the surrounding area. Bricks even has its own vegetable garden, and during the summer months youll often see produce from the garden featured on our menus. DOWNTOWN HUDSON
