Bravas

Established in 2011. Bravas burger shop proudly serves all natural Prime Angus beef that we get from Wood Farms right here in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our specialty burgers are served on buns made at GK Baked Goods and we do our best to source our produce as locally aswe can. We also have a food truck that serves Vienna Beef hot dogs and our patatas and a school bus we serve our tacos off of. Our taco bus features pork and poultry from Gunthorp Farms. Bravas started with a hot dog cart in 2011. Business was booming so we purchased and built a food truck that hit the streets in 2012. The burger joint on Fairfield opened its doors in December of 2014 and has been hopping ever since! The taco bus is the newest addition to the Bravas street food fleet. It made its debut in May of 2017.
